Any issues in the product have to be reported within 3 days of delivery post approval from our end. We would seek samples / photos of products and storage. Post that No refund or no return. In certain cases (including but not limited to selling illegal products/items), Heartinz Technologies Pvt Ltd shall have the right to cancel the Orders (or any product therein).
We are providing digital ordering of in store dine in / Takeaway services, hence Shipping is not applicable and return of replacement for such orders not applicable.
Our usual shipping takes about 1 to 5 days . However depending upon the product and distance of delivery location and other external factors, delivery and Shipping may be extended.
